Lets Start

Our group consists of Me, Elle, Paige and Hannah, i can't wait as i know we are on the same creative level and all possess the enthusiasm and passion to excel.

So lets start, are you ready? here's the briefs...

A promotion package for the release of an album, to include a music promo video, together with two of the following three options:

a website homepage for the band;
a cover for its release as part of the digipak (CD/DVD package);
a magazine advertisement for the digipak (CD/DVD package)

We chose this brief, we all have a zeal for music, and even though the website would widen our skills base even further, we really thought that this was the choice for us. Interested in graphic design, fueled last year in developing our Indeisgn and Photoshop skills, we all were excited at the proposition of designing a CD cover and magazine advert.

A promotion package for a new film, to include a teaser trailer, together with two of the following three options:

a website homepage for the film;
a film magazine front cover, featuring the film;
a poster for the film.

The first level of a new computer game, together with two of the following three options:

the cover for the game's package;
a magazine advertisement for the game;
a radio advertisement for the game.

Note: All material for all tasks are to be produced by you yourself with the exception of acknowledged non-original sound or image material used in a limited way in video / radio work.

This threw up a problem, finding well recorded and appropriate music produced by a local band is very hard, although we were told that if we contacted the music producers of our track for permission, it would be legal. Phew.
